Terms of Service

Trade Corp is a software platform that helps you analyse markets, build and test strategies, and connect your own brokerage or exchange accounts. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Your account

You must provide accurate details and keep your password and any API keys confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be of legal age to trade in your jurisdiction.

What we are — and are not

Trade Corp is a technology service. We are not a broker, exchange, custodian or investment adviser, and we never hold your funds. Orders are placed on the broker or exchange account you connect, under that provider's terms.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break security, disrupt the platform, scrape it at scale, or use it for unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that do.

Plans and credits

Paid plans and AI credits are described on the Billing page at the time of purchase. Credits are used as you run analyses and automations and are not redeemable for cash.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Trade Corp available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features and these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Trade Corp is not liable for trading losses or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

Privacy Policy

What we collect: your name, email and username; the trading accounts you connect (labels, server and login identifiers, balances); your activity in the app such as strategies, follows, AI conversations and trades; and basic technical data needed to run the service securely.

How we use it: to provide and secure the service, show your dashboards, run the analyses and automations you request, process payments, and support you. We do not sell your personal data.

Security: passwords are stored as salted hashes, sessions use secure HttpOnly cookies, and access to your data requires your signed-in session.

Your choices: you can update your profile at any time, and request a copy or deletion of your data by contacting us.

Cookies: we use one essential session cookie to keep you signed in, plus local preferences such as your theme. No advertising trackers.

Risk Disclosure

Trading forex, cryptocurrencies, CFDs and other leveraged products carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for every investor. You can lose some or all of your capital. Past performance — including backtests, AI analyses and the track record of any strategy or signal — does not guarantee future results.

Automated features (AI analysis, auto-trade, copy trading, trade ideas) are tools, not advice. Signals can be delayed, missed or only partly filled. You remain solely responsible for every trading decision placed on your behalf.
